Butterfly Aesthetics had been running for several years with previous accountants before Claire moved the business to us in August 2024.
What we did
We took on Butterfly Aesthetics' payroll, quarterly VAT returns, year end accounts, and Claire's personal self assessment, and because some of the clinic's treatments are VAT exempt, we manage its VAT partial exemption position too. Beyond compliance, we built the business a bespoke monthly KPI report and quarterly management pack so it has real visibility on performance, and we advise Butterfly Aesthetics directly on capital investment decisions, including a recent equipment purchase, covering the VAT and capital allowances treatment.
Where they are now
Butterfly Aesthetics continues to invest in the clinic, and Claire comes to us for advice on every major decision. The business is currently expanding a cryotherapy service line into a broader wellness offering, and we are advising on the best structure to support that growth.
