Manchester Signage manufactures and installs signage across multiple jobs at once, with materials, labour and installation costs that weren't clearly tracked against each individual job.
What we did
We introduced proper job costing across manufacturing and installation, tightened up stock tracking for materials, and set up monthly reporting showing profitability by job.
